Our primary goal at TradeStation Crypto is to provide you with the best trading experience possible. To achieve this, we regularly evaluate our product offering.

We have decided to refocus our resources on the markets where our customers are most active. These markets include Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USD Coin (USDC). This change enables us to concentrate our efforts on supporting the digital assets that represent a significant majority of our trading volume. We believe these coins remain at the forefront of the digital asset landscape and closely align with the preferences of our customers.

As a result, beginning July 31, 2023, at 5:00 PM Eastern Time, we will discontinue all services for the digital assets shown below.

Chainlink (LINK)
Compound (COMP)
Litecoin (LTC)
Maker (MKR)
Shiba Inu (SHIB)

Please note that we disabled trading in Polygon (MATIC) on April 27, 2023 and we discontinued supporting deposits and trading in Ripple (XRP) in December 2020. If you continue to hold MATIC or XRP in your TradeStation Crypto account, the withdrawal and liquidation deadlines described below will also apply to your holdings in those coins.

What does this mean?

Services including deposits, withdrawals, holding digital assets, and trading will no longer be available for the above digital assets.

To support a smooth transition TradeStation Crypto will be discontinuing deposits, trading, and withdrawals for these digital assets according to the dates shared below.

Deposits will no longer be permitted, and trading will be restricted to liquidating transactions only, beginning July 12, 2023, at 5:00 PM ET.
All trading and withdrawals will no longer be permitted beginning July 31, 2023, at 5:00 PM ET.

Withdrawal and trading (liquidation) fees will be waived for these affected digital assets starting immediately. We kindly encourage you to withdraw or liquidate them as soon as reasonably possible. After July 31, 2023, at 5:00 PM ET, any remaining balances in these digital assets will be liquidated into USD.

TradeStation Crypto accepts only cryptocurrency deposits, and no cash (fiat currency) deposits, for account funding. In order for you to purchase cryptocurrencies using cash, or sell your cryptocurrencies for cash, in a TradeStation Crypto account, you must also have qualified for, and opened, a TradeStation Equities account with TradeStation Securities so that your cryptocurrency purchases may be paid for with cash withdrawals from, and your cryptocurrency cash sale proceeds may be deposited in, your TradeStation Securities Equities account. Therefore, if you want to open a TradeStation Crypto account, you must also have an Equities account with TradeStation Securities. This cash in your TradeStation Securities Equities account may also, of course, be used for your equities and options trading with TradeStation Securities.
